first you can download and install Adope photoshop CS5 

Then once the trial is installed, make sure Photoshop is closed and navigate to this directory:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\

There is a zip archive included in this torrent (titled "main resource"). Inside the archive there's a file titled "hosts". Extract this file to your desktop, then drag it to the above directory (drivers\etc). It should ask if you want to overwrite or replace the file.
